Who we are
This website is run by NRP Properties & Contractors, Metal Box, 24 Owl Street, Auckland Park, Johannesburg, 2092. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean NRP Properties & Contractors.
What we collect
When you send a quote request through our website, we collect the details you enter:
- your name, company, email address and phone number
- the services you are interested in
- the project details you choose to give us
We also receive the details you share with us when you phone or email us. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not include it in the form.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your quote request is delivered to us by a form service or by your own email app. Apart from that, we only share your information with people who need it to deliver your project, such as our staff, or where the law requires us to.
Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the 3D project walkthroughs are provided by Matterport. These services receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser connects to them, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our website does not set its own cookies or use tracking tools. If you open a 3D walkthrough, Matterport may set cookies as part of its player.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, or for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe, and our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, email info@nrpproperties.co.za or call 010 025 9044.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
